Thomas Fogarty began working at La Reddola, Lester & Associates in 2007 as a third year law student at St. John’s Law School.  He graduated in 2008 and began working here full time.  He was admitted to practice law in New York State in May 2009, and was subsequently admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts of New York in early 2010.  Since joining the firm he has second seated Mr. La Reddola and Mr. Lester on various trials.  He is experienced in all aspects of litigation with an emphasis on construction claims.  He has drafted several of the firm's most recent successful appeals.  He resides in Forest Hills, New York, with his wife and daughter.
